Cosplay Contest Information

Thank you for your interest in the Cosplay Contest at the Japan Festival. As we are also recruiting contest participants on the day, we are unsure of the exact number of participants in the Cosplay Contest, but predict there will be roughly 25-30 contestants.
On the stage, there will be 3 judges who will not only be examining your cosplay outfit but how it is presented.
The place we will meet is on the right-hand side of the stage, at the orange circle on the map below:

The Cosplay Contest will begin at 15:00, so please meet us at 14:50 at the above orange circle location. When you arrive at the meeting place, please let the staff in the yellow vest know you are there to apply for the Cosplay Contest.

Depending on the number of people, we would be grateful if you could take a pose or offer a few words. If you are happy to do so, please do not hesitate to tell the judges or the crowd!
