Kimono Contestant Information

Thank you for your interest in the Kimono Contest at the Japan Festival. As we are also recruiting contest participants on the day, we are unsure of the exact number of participants in the Kimono Contest, but predict there will be roughly 25-30 contestants.
On the stage, there will be 3 judges who will not only be examining your kimono outfit but how it is presented.
The place we will meet is on the right-hand side of the stage, at the orange circle on the map below:

The Kimono Contest will begin at 13:45, so please meet us at 13:35 at the above orange circle location. When you arrive at the meeting place, please let the staff in the yellow vest know you are there to apply for the Kimono Contest.

Depending on the number of people, we would be grateful if you could take a pose or offer a few words. If you are happy to do so, please do not hesitate to tell the judges or the crowd!
